As a MINIMUM, our training consultants hold the following verified qualifications:
- Advanced Certificate in Education (Cert Ed)
- Award in Education & Training (Formerly P.T.L.L.S.)
- City & Guilds Adult Trainers Certificate.
- Police Trainers Certificate (for police forces only)
- Assessor's Certificate (for trainers that assess delegates for qualifications/competence)
A number of our trainers also hold valid Security Clearance (SC) so you can rest assured that they can be trusted with highly sensitive information.
Our trainers have all held managerial or specialist positions within the public and private sectors and have extensive experience working as trainers, training managers, or training designers.
All of our trainers have occupational competence in their specific discipline so not only can they design or develop the training; they have practical experience to underpin it.

6 Open Source Research (OSINT)
You must have experience relevant to train all agencies and organisations across the spectrum, reflecting their work environments. We are not a Police centric training organisation, so if your experience is local government, health or other sectors, we would love to hear from you.
You must be occupationally competent in your field and hold a recognised training qualification. In exchange, you will get to work with some high profile clients and you will be paid a very competitive day or assignment rate. We also expect all of our trainers to add value by generating new business.
You need to be the best in your field - we don't accept second best.

Adrian Ramdat has spent over 32 years in the law-enforcement arena not only at a local and regional level but also nationally and internationally. He was a commended detective investigating serious offences including murder, kidnap and serious sexual offences. Adrian specialised in covert activity, working across the whole spectrum of covert activities available to law enforcement agencies.
Adrian was seconded to the National Policing Improvements Agency (NPIA) where, along with other courses he designed and delivered a number of high-profile and successful courses, on behalf of the police service. He also held the national portfolio for all covert training for senior law-enforcement managers and sat on the National Source Working Group (NSWG) and also Source Training and Covert Cultivation sub groups.
In 2006 Adrian founded The Training Consultants Ltd to offer training, across disciplines, to organisations worldwide. Adrian leads by example and has delivered intelligence, investigative and covert training at all levels from front-line investigator through to Chief Executive level in various public sector organisations and to Chief Officers in the police. His feedback is always excellent, regardless of whom he is training and expects the same exacting standards for all of the trainers in the company. In 2018 The Training Consultants became a part of Bond Solon Training and are now part of one of the UK's largest training companies.
Adrian remains passionate about training and is a highly qualified trainer (and training designer), holding a Degree in Education, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), a City & Guilds 7307 Adult Trainers Certificate. He is a qualified assessor for the awarding of NVQ's, apprenticeships or other competency based qualifications and he is an accredited police trainer.
Adrian's advice and guidance is in demand in, not only in the UK but also in other countries around the world, whom are keen to be the best that they can be. He is an advisor to a number of police forces, prisons, law-enforcement agencies and commercial organisations regarding covert techniques, investigative options, human rights and the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act.
He continues to deliver training to a variety of organisations around the world in investigative skills, intelligence and covert activity.
